Erratum

1.

The Commission hereby corrects two errors in Broadcasting Decision 2007-111.

2.

Paragraph 4 is replaced with the following:
 

4. The licensee is authorized, by condition of licence, to simulcast the programming of CIKX-FM on the new FM transmitter and on CJCJ-2 for a transition period of three months following the commencement of operations of the FM transmitter. The licensee will then cease operation of its AM transmitter CJCJ-2.

3.

The Commission also corrects the date in paragraph 8 of the English-language version of the above-noted decision to 12 April 2009.
