TELUS Communications Company – Application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services - Correction

In TELUS Communications Company – Application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-84, 10 September 2007, the Commission approved an application from Telus Communications Company (TCC)^{Footnote 1} requesting forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services in nine exchanges in Québec. The exchanges were listed in Appendix 1 to that decision.
One of those exchanges was named erroneously. Because TCC’s application inadvertently included the exchange of Saint-Lambert, Appendix 1 to Telecom Decision 2007-84 incorrectly included Saint-Lambert in the list of exchanges for which forbearance was approved by the Commission. The correct exchange is Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, with the postal code G0S 2W0, and longitude and latitude coordinates 46.582586, -71.258820.
This erratum is being issued in order to correct that error. The list of the forborne exchanges in Appendix 1 to Telecom Decision 2007-84 is revised to replace Saint-Lambert with Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, as shown below.
