Revocation of basic international telecommunications services licences

Erratum

1.

In Appendix A to Revocation of basic international telecommunications services licences, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-13, 18 October 2006 (Public Notice 2006-13), the Commission inadvertently included Roberts Communications Network of Canada, Inc. and UTSC Group of Corporation as licensees who had failed to comply with the filing requirements. Furthermore, 4316100 Canada Inc. was inadvertently omitted from the list of those who had failed to comply. Accordingly, paragraph 4 and Appendix A of Public Notice  2006-13 are revised to reflect these changes.

The first sentence of the fourth paragraph will now read as follows:
 

Twentycompanies have failed to file the required information or make representation. The Commission, pursuant to subsection 16.4(1) of the Act, is therefore revokingthe licences of the companies listed in Appendix A as of the date of this Public Notice.

3.

A corrected Appendix A is attached to this document.
