*Subject to the approval of Vidéotron's application for a licence to operate a cable distribution undertaking to serve Saint-Pascal (2006-0096-7) that was considered at the 19 June 2006 public hearing in Edmonton, Alberta. This undertaking is currently exempt in accordance with Exemption order respecting cable systems having fewer than 2,000 subscribers, Public Notice CRTC 2001-121, 7 December 2001.
