Whole RF Channel Service Agreement


The Commission received an application by Telesat Canada (Telesat), dated 24 November 2005, for approval of the Whole RF Channel Service Agreement - DIRECTV 2 between Telesat and Bell ExpressVu Inc.


The Commission notes that Telesat filed the application in confidence and provided an abridged version for the public record.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Telesat's application effective 9 January 2006.
