Phase III Manual updates

1.

The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 22 August 2005, and amended on 22 December 2005 and 11 January 2006, requesting approval of proposed revisions to the company's Phase III Manual. Northwestel indicated that these proposed revisions would be incorporated into its Phase III results for 2004.

2.

Northwestel indicated that its proposal reflected revisions due to changes to the company's Chart of Accounts and a general cleanup of its Phase III Manual.

The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

4.

The Commission finds that the proposed revisions are appropriate and approves Northwestel's proposal as submitted.

5.

Northwestel is to issue forthwith the amended Phase III Manual pages to the Commission and serve them on interested parties, within 30 days, to reflect the approved revisions.
