Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 0063
On 19 December 2006 , the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant under Tariff Notice 63 proposing revisions to Bell Aliant's Special Facilities Tariff Item D7 - 56 Kbps Data Channels to provide for a 56 Kbps digital facility between a customer's premises.
In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of the tariff notice.
