Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 0063 On 19 December 2006 , the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant under Tariff Notice 63 proposing revisions to Bell Aliant's Special Facilities Tariff Item D7 - 56 Kbps Data Channels to provide for a 56 Kbps digital facility between a customer's premises. In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of this application.
