Dear Mr. Grieve:

Re:   Agreement - MALI between TCC and Globility Communications Corporation

On 15 December 2006 , the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) for the approval of revisions to Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection specifying the interconnection arrangement between TCC and Globility Communications Corporation.

In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of this agreement.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of the agreement.

Yours sincerely,
