Mr. Willie Grieve Dear Mr. Grieve: Re: Agreement - MALI between TCC and Globility Communications Corporation On 15 December 2006 , the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) for the approval of revisions to Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection specifying the interconnection arrangement between TCC and Globility Communications Corporation. In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of this agreement.
