Re:  Billing and Collection Services Agreement between IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c. and Bell Canada

Dear Mr. Roy:

The Commission is in receipt of an agreement submitted by IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c., between it and Bell Canada (collectively the Companies) in regard to billing and collection services.   Commission staff notes that this type of agreement do es not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act , S.C. 1993, c.38 .

The Commission generally approves master agreements when they are associated with tariffs unrelated to the interconnection of networks.   However, as the Commission has previously approved the tariff for billing and collection services and the associated agreement with Bell Canada , this type of agreement need not be submitted for Commission approval .

The file is therefore closed.

Sincerely,

Original signed by S. Bédard
