Dear Mr. Olenick:

Re: Tariff Notice 127 - Revisions to Rates for 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service

On 15 December 2006 , the Commission received an application from TBayTel for the approval of revisions to General Tariff (CRTC 25570) - Section TB 100, Subsection 8, 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (PERS).

In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notice 127.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of the tariff notice.

Yours sincerely,
