Mr. Robert Olenick Dear Mr. Olenick: Re: Tariff Notice 127 - Revisions to Rates for 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service On 15 December 2006 , the Commission received an application from TBayTel for the approval of revisions to General Tariff (CRTC 25570) - Section TB 100, Subsection 8, 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (PERS). In view of the holiday season, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notice 127.
