Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re:   Bell Canada Tariff Notice 881

On 24 November 2006 , the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 881 proposing revisions to reflect the inclusion of a month-to-month option provision as well as a number of rate increases for the services provided in this customer specific arrangement (CSA).

Commission staff requires the following additional information in order to complete the analysis of this application:

  1. Provide a detailed description of the changes proposed to the service, including new service options or features.
  2. Provide the total annualized costs of this CSA option the original or previously approved contract.   Identify any new cost elements.
  3. If the change to the annualized cost is more than 5%, provide an imputation test.

Consequently the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the company's application.   The Commission intends to dispose of this application with 45 days business days of receipt of TN 881.

Yours sincerely,
