Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 881 On 24 November 2006 , the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 881 proposing revisions to reflect the inclusion of a month-to-month option provision as well as a number of rate increases for the services provided in this customer specific arrangement (CSA). Commission staff requires the following additional information in order to complete the analysis of this application:
