Dear Mr. Bibic:

Re:   Review of proposals to dispose of the funds accumulated in the deferral accounts, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-15

Pursuant to the Commission's determinations in Disposition of funds in the deferral accounts , Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-9, 16 February 2006 , Bell Canada submitted on 1 September 2006 a proposal to improve accessibility to telecommunications services for persons with disabilities.   Appendix B to this proposal was filed in confidence with the Commission, pursuant to section 39 of the Telecommunications Act .

Commission staff notes that an abridged version of Appendix B was not provided.   Bell Canada is requested to file, by 8 December 2006 , an abridged version of Appendix B to be placed on the public record.

The Commission intends to forward interrogatories to Bell Canada pertaining to Appendix B once an abridged version is received.

Yours sincerely,
