Dear Mr. Couture:

Re: Interconnection agreements 1057/00 and 1058/00

On 18 September 2006 , the CRTC received applications from IVIC Télécom S.E.N.C., under agreements 1057/00 and 1058/00, requesting CRTC approval for an interconnection agreement between a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and a long-distance service provider, as well as for an interconnection a greement ( MALI ).

CRTC staff asked the company to amend the above interconnection agreements to reflect the most recent version as published by the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee.   CRTC staff noted that it must receive the above documents to continue with the analysis of the company's application.   Seeing as the documents have not yet been received, the CRTC cannot dispose of this application within 45 days of the filing.

Sincerely,
