Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7000 and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 55 On 6 November 2006 , the Commission received Tariff Notice 7000 and Tariff Notice 55 from Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, respectively, proposing revisions to General Tariff (GT) Item 2180 - PrimeLine Executive service. Commission staff notes that the companies propose to increase the rates for PrimeLine Executive service, effective 1 January 2007 , and that the companies propose to notify the affected customers of these proposed changes via a short informational message (SIM) on their bill. To allow for comments, Commission staff considers that it should wait for the comment period to pass before disposing of these applications. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the applications being filed. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by N. Froese (for)'
