LetterOttawa, 10 November 2006 File No.: 8661-C12-200610057 By E-mail Parties to Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-11-1 Re: Change in date for Responses to interrogatories On 7 November 2006, the Commission received a letter from Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (collectively, the companies) in which they requested that the Commission amend the schedule established in Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-11-1, 12 October 2006 (PN 2006-11-1) so that responses to all interrogatories are to be provided by 27 November 2006. The companies also proposed that the remaining scheduled dates in PN 2006-11-1 remain unchanged. The companies noted that, pursuant to PN 2006-11-1, responses to interrogatories are to be provided by 20 November 2006 , whereas the Commission requested responses to its interrogatories, dated 3 November 2006 , by 27 November 2006 . On 8 November 2006 , the Commission received a letter from Telus Communications Company in support of the companies' request. Commission staff considers the companies' request to be reasonable. Responses to parties' interrogatories are therefore to be filed and served by 27 November 2006 . Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by N. Froese (for)'
