Re: Telecom Public Notice 2006-10 - Procedural matters

Commission staff notes that a determination with respect to requests for further information and public disclosure in the proceeding initiated by Continued need for regulatory constraints applicable to toll and toll-free services , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-10 (PN 2006-10) will be issued shortly.

The Commission also intends to issue further interrogatories in this proceeding. At that time, the dates set out at paragraphs 28, 29 and 30 of PN 2006-10 will be revised.
