Mr. Paul Hatcher Dear Mr. Hatcher: Re: Persona Communications Corp. Tariff Notice 3 This is further to Persona Communications Corp.'s application dated 13 July 2006 , proposing to revise its General Tariff, in order to introduce High Speed Lite service and High Speed Extreme service. The Commission has received comments with regard to this application and, g iven the level of analysis required to fully assess the evidence , the Commission will be unable to dispose of the application within 45 business days of the application being filed. However, the Commission expects to render its decision on Tariff Notice 3 prior to the end of October 2006.
