Ms. Fabiola Garcia Dear Ms. Garcia: Re: Tariff Notice 1 - Competitive Local Exchange Carrier General Tariff On 7 September 2006 , the Commission received an application by Allotel Telecommunications Inc. (Allotel), under cover of Tariff Notice 1, in which the company proposed to introduce its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) Tariff. Commission staff notes that Allotel's proposed CLEC tariff does not follow the CLEC Model Tariff Version 26, as found on the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) website. Specifically, Commission staff notes that the following items should be corrected before resubmitting a new application:
Consequently, this application is closed. The Commission is open to examining a new application from the company that would address the items noted above. The application must be filed under cover of a new tariff notice. The company may contact Joëlle Bernier at (819) 994-0551 should it require further information.
Yours sincerely,
Paul M. Godin cc: Joëlle Bernier, CRTC, 819-994-0551, joelle.bernier@crtc.gc.ca Date Modified: 2006-09-13 |
