Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer RE: Associated with Bell Canada Tariff Notice No. 6977A and Bell Aliant Tariff Notice No. 27A The Commission received two applications by Bell Canada, dated 28 August 2006, under cover of Tariff Notice 6977A and Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 27A, proposing revisions to Bell Canada's and Bell Aliant's General Tariff Item 681 - Local Link Package - Service Charges, to expand the six month promotion to include Business Internet Dial up or Business Internet Unplugged for customers who were located in areas where Business Internet High Speed service at 1 Meg or 6 Meg was not available. Commission staff notes that Bell Canada did not file an imputation test as required in Promotions of local wireline services , Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-25, 27 April 2005 (Decision 2005-25). In order to allow the Commission to deal expeditiously with the applications, the company is requested to file an imputation test in support of its applications by no later than 20 September 2006 .
