Mr. Paul Meanwell Dear Mr. Meanwell: RE: Gosfield North - Tariff Notice No. 15 - Features Bundles On 22 August 2006 , the Commission received an application by Gosfield North Communications Co-operative Limited under cover of Tariff Notice 15 (TN 15), which proposes to introduce new bundles of calling features. The company is requested to provide justification demonstrating that the rates for the proposed bundles of calling features are compensatory by 14 September 2006 The Commission expects to render a decision on the application for the proposed new services within 45 days of receipt of the tariff notice.
