Dear Ms. Slywchuk:

Re: Tariff Notice 336

The Commission received an application from Télébec, Société en commandite under Tariff Notice 336, seeking Commission approval to amend Chapter 8.9 of its General Tariff, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Service 23B+D Télébec évolué.

Commission staff asked the company to modify its proposal relating to a specific clause concerning the terms and conditions for extending beyond the minimum period specified in the contract.   As a result, the Commission will be unable to dispose of this application within 10 business days.   However, it expects to render a decision within 45 days of receipt of the application.

Yours truly,
