Re: Application for forbearance of discretionary services

On 10 July 2006, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Bell Canada and Saskatchewan Telecommunications filed an application with the Commission for forbearance of discretionary services, pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure (Rules).

Pursuant to the Rules, interested parties who wish to intervene on a Part VII application are generally required to do so within thirty days of the filing of the application. Commission staff is currently reviewing the application and wishes to advise the parties to refrain from filing interventions until further notice.
