Re:    Persona Communications Corp. Tariff Notice 3 

On 13 July 2006 , the Commission received the above-noted application by Persona Communications Corp.   The company proposed to revise its General Tariff, in order to introduce High Speed Lite service and High Speed Extreme service.

The Commission expects to receive comments with regard to this application and, as a result, will be unable to dispose of the application within 10 business days of receipt.   The Commission expects to render its decision on the company's application within 45 business days of the application being filed.
