Mr. David J. Hennessey Dear Mr. Hennessey: RE: Associated with Aliant Tariff Notice No. 205 The Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant), dated 21 July 2006, under cover of Tariff Notice 205, proposing amendments to the former NBTel's General Tariff, Item 165.2, Service Descriptions and Item 165.3, Rates and Charges, for Enhanced Business Communications Service. Specifically, Bell Aliant proposed to introduce Enhanced Answering Position (EAP) as an enhanced business communications service in New Brunswick . Commission staff notes that Bell Aliant did not file an imputation test as required in Review of price floor safeguards for retail tariffed services and related issues , Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-27, 29 April 2005. In order to allow the Commission to deal expeditiously with the application, the company is requested to file an imputation test in support of its application by no later than 11 August 2006 .
