Willie Grieve Re: Application requesting forbearance of interexchange optical fibre The Commission is in receipt of a letter from TELUS Communications Company (TCC) dated 12 July 2006 wherein TCC states that as a result of other regulatory commitments, it would be unable to file its reply comments on the above noted mater until 21 July 2006 . Under the circumstances, TCI has until 21 July 2006 to file its reply comments on the above-noted file. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Yours Truly,
