Re:      An application by Bell Canada pursuant to Sections 55, 61(2) and 62 of the Telecommunications Act and Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunication Rules of Procedures for a stay of portions of Regulatory framework for voice communication services using Internet Protocol , Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-28, Bell Digital Voice Lite service , Telecom Order CRTC 2005-397, Bell Digital Voice Service , Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-11, and Message relay service in a VoIP environment - Follow-up to Decision 2005-28 , Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-12

On 4 July 2006, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada requesting that the Commission stay the application of certain portions of the above referenced orders and decisions, pending the Commission's decision in the proceeding initiated by Reconsideration of Regulatory framework for voice communication services using Internet Protocol, Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-28 , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-6, 10 May 2006.

On 7 July 2006 , the company requested to withdraw its application.

The company's request to withdraw its 4 July 2006 application is accepted.
