Mr. Dallas Yeulett Dear Mr. Yeulett : Re: Tariff Notice 831 - Nanisivik Base Rate Area This is further to Northwestel Inc.'s application dated 14 June 2006 , proposing to remove the Base Rate Area for Nanisivik, NU from its General Tariff CRTC 3001, its Message Toll Service Tariff CRTC 3002, its Private Wire Service Tariff CRTC 3003, its Base Rate Area Tariff CRTC 3009, and its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010. Commission staff is treating the company's application pursuant to New procedures for disposition of applications dealing with the destandardization and/or withdrawal of tariffed services, Telecom Circular CRTC 2005-7, 30 May 2005 . Accordingly, the Commission expects to render a determination on this application within 45 business days from the date of the application, if there are no comments.
