Ms. Sylvie Courtemanche Dear Ms. Courtemanche: Subject: Tariff Notice No. 421 On 31 May 2006, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Company/Société TELUS Communications under cover of Tariff Notice No. 421 seeking Commission approval for the amendment of its general tariff for certain services in the residential local exchange services basket in high-cost serving areas, local business services and other capped services, as part of its annual updating of prices for 2006. Commission staff is of the view that significant effort will be required to analyse this file in full.
