Mr. Simon-Pierre Olivier simon-pierre.olivier@fidomobile.ca Dear Mr. Olivier: Re: CLEC-IXC Interconnection Agreement between Buzz Telecom Inc. and Fido Solutions Inc. On 12 May 2006 , the Commission received an application from Fido Solutions Inc. (Fido) requesting approval, pursuant to Section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, for a CLEC-IXC Interconnection Agreement between Buzz Telecom Inc. (Buzz) and Fido. Commission staff notes that the agreement follows the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection approved by the Commission in CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee - Consensus items, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-35, 4 June 2003, except for the addition of section 1.A. which pertains to the IXC's affiliates by the companies. Commission staff considers that this additional section raises issues which require further examination. Accordingly, the Commission will not be able to render a decision on this application within 10 business days. However, the Commission expects to render a decision within 45 business days from the date it was received. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Bédard '
