Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: Text of oral presentation at the public consultation for Public Notice 2006-4

On 2 to 5 May 2006, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (the Commission) held a public consultation regarding the above-noted proceeding.

In the Commission's letter dated 7 April 2006 regarding the order and conduct of the public consultation, parties were requested to provide copies of their oral presentation to the Consultation Secretary for the Commission's use and were advised that these copies were to be provided for convenience only and would not form part of the public record of this proceeding.

This letter is to inform the parties that appeared at the public consultation, listed in Schedule A of this letter, that in order for their written presentations to form part of the public record of this proceeding, a soft copy is to be filed by 23 May 2006 with Madeleine Bisson via e-mail at madeleine.bisson@crtc.gc.ca .

Sincerely,

Susan Gardiner
Manager Consumer Affairs
