Mr. Paul Meanwell
Dear Mr. Meanwell:
Re: Tariff Notice No. 12 - Residential Primary Exchange
On 10 May 2006 , the Commission received an application by Gosfield North Communications Co-operative Limited under cover of Tariff Notice 12 in which the company proposed the following:
Commission staff notes that the company did not provide the information required for withdrawal of a service as described in New procedures for disposition of applications dealing with the destandardization and/or withdrawal of tariffed services , Telecom Circular CRTC 2005-7, 30 May 2005 for the deletion of multi-party line service.
Consequently this application is closed. However, the Commission is open to examining a new application from the company that would address the items noted above. The application must be filed under cover of a new tariff notice.
