Mr. Paul Meanwell Dear Mr. Meanwell: Re: Tariff Notice No. 12 - Residential Primary Exchange On 10 May 2006 , the Commission received an application by Gosfield North Communications Co-operative Limited under cover of Tariff Notice 12 in which the company proposed the following:
Commission staff notes that the company did not provide the information required for withdrawal of a service as described in New procedures for disposition of applications dealing with the destandardization and/or withdrawal of tariffed services , Telecom Circular CRTC 2005-7, 30 May 2005 for the deletion of multi-party line service. Consequently this application is closed. However, the Commission is open to examining a new application from the company that would address the items noted above.
