Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: RE: Term Sheets between Bell Canada and Bell Aliant LP In a letter dated 3 May 2006 , Bell Canada and Aliant Telecom Inc. (collectively, the companies) submitted term sheets which reflect the parties' intent to enter into agreements between Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant LP). In addition, the companies submitted, for the Commission's information, a summary of the Settlements Agreements for the Ontario and Quebec territories and a summary of the Outsourcing Arrangements between the two parties which will govern the relationship between Bell Canada and Bell Aliant LP.
