Mr. Allen Mercier reglementa@telebec.com Dear Mr. Mercier: RE: TN 332 - Leasing a telecommunications network This letter is in response to your application filed under cover of Tariff Notice 332 on 3 March 2006 regarding the leasing of a telecommunications network for a client located mainly outside Télébec's traditional network. The Commission is continuing its analysis of the additional information filed by TELUS Communications Company in response to the Commission's interrogatory dated 13 March 2006. Although it was unable to render a decision within 45 business days of the filing, the Commission anticipates issuing a decision before the end of June 2006. Original signed by S. Bédard
