Ms. Sylvie Courtemanche Sylvie.courtemanche@telus.com Dear Ms. Courtemanche: RE: TN 416 - Leasing a telecommunications service This letter is in response to your application filed under cover of Tariff Notice 416 on 3 March 2006 regarding the leasing of a telecommunications network for a client located mainly outside TCC's traditional network in Quebec . The Commission is continuing its analysis of the additional information filed by TCC in response to the Commission's interrogatory dated 13 March 2006 .
