Dear Ms. Courtemanche:

Re:    Tariff Notice 408 - Digital network access services

This letter is in follow-up to your letter of 7 April 2006 , in which you submitted the additional information requested by the Commission in its letter of 29 March 2006 .

On 16 March 2006 , Bell Canada filed an application pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure concerning competitor digital network services in the TELUS Communications Company's (TCC) incumbent territory in Quebec .

Commission staff is of the view that the Commission's decision in the Part VII proceeding may have an impact on the TN 408 tariff. Consequently, the Commission will make a final decision on TN 408 after it has rendered a decision on the application pursuant to Part VII filed by Bell Canada .

Yours sincerely,

"Original signed by S. Bédard"
