Re:         Shaw Telecom Inc. Agreement 1031/00 

On 19 April 2006 , the Commission received the above-noted application by Shaw Telecom Inc. (Shaw).   The company requested the Commission's approval of an i nterconnection agreement with Saskatchewan Telecommunications regarding the provision of 9-1-1 service .

The Commission is continuing its analysis and will be unable to dispose of this application within 10 business days of receipt.   However, the Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
