Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re:   Tariff Notice No. 6943 - High Speed Metro Service

On 25 April 2006 , the Commission received an application from Bell   Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 6943.

As the company's application raises significant policy issues, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notice 6943.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of the tariff notice.

Yours sincerely,
