Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Part VII application to request TELUS Québec to establish Rates for Wholesale DSL and Ethernet services in TELUS Québec's territory On 28 April 2006 , Bell Canada filed a letter requesting an extension to 5 May 2006 for filing its reply to comments filed by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) on 12 April 2006 . On 1 May 2006 , TCC indicated that it had no objections to Bell Canada 's request.
