Re: Schedule of unused increase credits
At paragraph 62 of Revised regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2006-14, 29 March 2006 , the Commission allowed the small incumbent local exchange carriers (SILECs) to carry forward into the new regulatory regime any unused rate increase credits from the previous regime.
Accordingly, at paragraph 67 of the same Decision, the Commission directed all SILECs to file, by 1 May 2006 , a schedule that will show any unused rate increase credits resulting from Decision 2001-756 and Decision 2005-3 being carried forward into the new price regulation regime. This schedule should provide a breakdown of unused rate increase credits by year, and by type of credit.
Enclosed, please find a template (including formulas) that your company should use to compile and provide this information to the Commission in Excel format. Please note that the amounts and percentages that will be entered in the template should be complemented, wherever necessary, by the appropriate clarifying descriptions and/or justifications.
