Re: Tariff Notices 584 and 585

On 31 March 2006 , the Commission received from MTS Allstream Inc. two applications under cover of Tariff Notices 584 and 585 pursuant to Regulatory Framework for Second Price Cap Period , Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34.

On 11 April 2006 , the company provided additional information on its applications.   Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notices 584 and 585.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of receipt of these applications.
