Ms. Teresa Griffin-Muir Dear Ms. Griffin-Muir: RE: Part VII applications by Bell Canada and TELUS Communications Inc. regarding a Request for Proposals by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for Converged Network Services (CNS) On 27 March 2006, the Commission received comments from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) with respect to Part VII applications filed by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) and Bell Canada (Bell Canada), dated 24 February and 7 March 2006 respectively, regarding a recently concluded tendering process for the provision of Converged Network Services to the Government of Canada that was conducted by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and which resulted in the award of the contract to MTS Allstream.
