Mr. Brian Armstrong Dear Mr. Armstrong : Re: SaskTel Tariff Notice 108 On 31 March 2006 , the Commission received an application from the company under cover of Tariff Notice 1086 proposing revisions to the company's Megalink service. Tariff Notice 108 was submitted by the company as part of its 2006 Annual Price Cap filing. The company requested that the Commission grant approval of the proposed tariff revisions with an effective date of 1 June 2006 . In view of the company's requested effective date, which is beyond the 25 calendar day period for comments, the Commission will not issue an interim decision on this filing.
