Dear parties:

Re:   Application by Mrs. Marie Stark and Mr. Chris Stark to review and vary Review of Regulatory Framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994 - alternate dispute resolution process

In a letter dated 2 September 2005, Commission staff advised you, among other things, that a period of time was going to be afforded to Mrs. Marie Stark and Mr. Chris Stark (the Starks), and Bell Canada to enter into a staff-facilitated dispute resolution process.  In an email dated 12 October 2005 , Commission staff informed you that the Starks and Bell Canada were still involved in the staff-facilitated process.

This is to advise you that the staff-facilitated dispute resolution process is expected to continue for an additional period of four weeks.

Commission staff will contact you again in approximately four weeks to advise of the results of the staff-facilitated dispute resolution process.  At that time, and as required, the Commission will issue new directions on procedures.

Yours sincerely,
