Mr. Paul Hatcher Dear Mr. Hatcher : Re: Persona Communications Corp. Tariff Notices 2 & 2/A The Commission received the above-noted application by Persona Communications Corp. (formely, Regional Cablesystems inc.), on 12 December 2005 and amended on 20 January 2006 . The company proposed, among other things, to introduce Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) service under the same terms and conditions and rates as approved for Rogers Communications Inc.'s TPIA service. The Commission's review of the comments received in this proceeding and analysis are continuing. Consequently, the Commission will be unable to dispose of the application within 45 business days of receipt. The Commission expects to render its decision on Persona's application by the end of May 2006. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Bédard '
