Dear Ms. Courtemanche:

Subject: Tariff notice 408 - digital network access services

This letter is a follow-up to your letter of 15 December 2005 in which you filed a cost study and imputation test in support of the tariff reductions proposed in Tariff notice 408.

To complete the analysis of this file, Commission staff requires the following information:

•  For the most recent month that data is available, please provide the total demand for the digital access service broken down according to the following two subscriber types: retail and business as well as the revenue associated with the service by rate band.

•  Identify each competitor currently subscribed to this service and break down each competitor's demand.

•  Specify the period used for the data.

The response to this interrogatory is to be filed with the Commission by 7 April 2006 .

Yours sincerely,
