Dear Molly Slywchuck:

Re: Tariff Notice 319A

On 10 March 2006, Télébec, Société en commandite filed Tariff Notice 319A with an economic study attached.   Télébec   proposed to amend two pages of its Télébec General Tariff from its initial filing (TN 319).   The amendments include an increase in the service charges initially proposed and approved on an interim basis by the Commission.

In order to finalize our analysis of the economic study, the Commission will soon be sending interrogatories to your company requesting additional information.   For that reason we will not be in a position to render a decision in this matter within 10 days of filing .   The Commission expects to dispose of the application within 45 business days after receipt of TN 319A.

Yours truly,
