Re: TN 323 - Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line   Access Service

Dear Molly Slywchuk:

This is further to Tariff Notice 323 filed 1 September 2005 seeking to introduce asymmetric digital subscriber line access service.   The Commission received comments from Xit Télécom on 4 October 2005 , and Télébec filed its reply to those comments on 25 October 2005 .

The Commission has analyzed and issued decisions on several Télébec applications in recent months.   With respect to TN 323, our analysis is in progress.   Although it was not in a position to render a decision in this matter within 45 business days after the filing date, the Commission expects to issue a decision by the end of April 2006.

Yours truly,
