Re: Filing of Reports Tracking Complaints Associated with Telemarketing Activities

Pursuant to paragraph 118 of Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-35, Review of Telemarketing Rules, 21 May 2004, which was upheld in Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-63, Application by the Canadian Marketing Association to Stay Decision 2004-35, 28 September 2004, all telecommunications service providers are directed to file semi-annual reports summarizing telemarketing complaint statistics. The first such report was to cover the period 1 January to 30 June 2005 and was to be filed within 60 days of the end of the period.   In addition, a second report is now due for the 1 July to 31 December 2005 period.
