Mr. Allen Mercier Dear Mr. Mercier: RE: Tariff Notice 332 On 3 March 2006, Télébec, Société en commandite (Télébec) filed Tariff Notice 332 (TN 332) seeking approval for a special assembly tariff in order to lease a telecommunications network to a customer. Télébec indicated in its application that the service in question is provided in conjunction with TELUS Communications Company (TCC). In addition to providing its own economic data in support of its application, Télébec asked the Commission to include in its analyses the economic data provided by TCC in its Tariff Notice 416 filed on the same date. The Commission staff have requested additional information from TCC in order to complete the analysis of the joint applications filed by Télébec and TCC. In view of the fact that it will have to analyse this additional information, the Commission will be unable to render a decision within 10 days of filing of TN 332. However, the Commission intends to dispose of the application within 45 days of the filing date. Sincerely, "Original signed by D. Magmanlac (for)"
