Dear Ms. Slywchuk:

Re: Tariff Notice 328A

On 1 March 2006, Télébec, Limited Partnership, (Télébec) filed an amendment (TN 328A) to Tariff Notice 328 filed 20 December 2005, concerning the telemetry service that appears in its Special Facility Tariff.

The Commission also has before it an application filed by Bell Canada concerning a similar service. Since the Commission intends to dispose of the two applications during the same period, it will not be able to render a decision within ten days of the filing of TN 328A. However, the Commission anticipates that it will be able to dispose of this application within 45 business days of the filing.

Sincerely,
